The Cattle of The May graze a variety of rough terrain: bog, mountain or semi improved land. Our Highland Cattle conservation graze for the Countryside Council for Wales and The Shared Earth Trust.  They are  are ideal for our purposes; converting poor grazing into superb meat.

We breed for extreme hardiness and docility.
